Job summary

Massage Envy Hamburg, NY is seeking a full-time Wellness Support Specialist. You will help front desk operations, greet members, answer calls, and promote the Wellness Program while supporting service providers and maintaining a calm, inviting environment.

The role requires a positive, sales-oriented mindset, integrity, and strong customer service skills. Experience with POS and basic computer tasks is helpful in a fast-paced team setting.
