Position Summary:

A SPENGA manager is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members, sells memberships, and keeps the studio clean and inviting.

Qualifications:

1. Strong management and leadership abilities
2. Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services
3. Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
4. Motivation to sell and learn sales techniques
5. Excellent customer service
6. Understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate.
7. Previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus.
8. Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin and yoga are a plus
9. Experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques.

Job Requirements:

1. Sell memberships and retail
2. Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations

4. Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
5. Maintain clean facility
6. As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
