Massage Envy Santee is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will greet clients, schedule services, and guide guests through memberships and retail options while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate excels in customer service, can handle cash and basic math, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Weekend availability is a must, with opportunities to grow in a wellness-focused culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, address questions, protect confidentiality, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Promote Massage Envy Wellness Program, educate clients on services, book future visits, and encourage home-care retail purchases.
• Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email.
• Uphold Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
• Protect workplace culture by supporting team goals and building positive relationships.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, goal driven candidate to join or Massage Envy Santee Front Desk Team!

MUST be available on weekends.

As a Front Desk Associate you will:

• Help clientsunderstand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.
• Establish relationshipswith members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
• Connect clientswith retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.
• Grow your understanding in people skills, organization skills, leadership skills and negotiation skills.

• Providingoutstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
• Promotingthe value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Drivingmember retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
• Upholdingthe Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
