Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager in Beverly Hills to oversee the Front Desk, Bell Desk, Driveway, Housekeeping and Concierge in the absence of a manager. The role requires supervising overnight shifts and ensuring guest satisfaction and Four Seasons standards.

You will manage staff, handle guest requests, coordinate arrivals/departures and ensure accurate billing while maintaining safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple Rooms departments including Front Desk, Bell Desk, Driveway and Concierge.
• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests with hospitality and professionalism.
• Overnights coverage and staff scheduling as needed.
• Work authorization for Beverly Hills location required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Front Desk, Bell Desk, Driveway, Housekeeping and Concierge in the absence of a manager.
• Direct staff, supervise shifts, interview and train personnel and conduct performance evaluations.
• Respond to guest requests, ensure Four Seasons standards, and manage payments and billing processes.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures and ensure accurate room blocks and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, security, and guest well-being in line with hotel policy.
