Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to join our luxury hotel team. You will support the Director of Banquets, lead the banquet staff, and help deliver exceptional service for events across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The role requires energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of event management experience, excellent English communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2 years in event management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct work of Banquet staff and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be visible in operations, recognize staff, and handle guest requests.
• Describe and ensure quality of food items and wine knowledge.
• Control labor and expenses through scheduling and purchasing decisions.
• Attend meetings for department coordination.
• Observe facilities and equipment and suggest improvements.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
