Crunch is seeking a Front Desk Representative to warmly greet members and guests, check them in, answer phones, and promote a welcoming club atmosphere. You will manage messages in the club software, communicate events, and ensure a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

We require 18+ years of age, strong English communication, multitasking ability, and high energy. Schedule includes weekend shifts; compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with clear reading and writing skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with a smile and see them off.
• Check in members and guests according to procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and assist as needed.
• Process member service payments and schedule needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.

Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
• Sell retail products (if sold at the front desk)
• Schedule member service needs
• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Above position may report to Operations Manager where applicable
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• 18+ years of age
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills
• High energy and patience required
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time

Required Shifts:

• Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm - 8:30pm
