Job summary

Crunch Fitness in New York, NY is seeking a Front Desk Representative to greet members, check them in, and deliver exceptional service at the club entrance. You will handle calls, relay messages, and share event information while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

The role requires energy, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a high-paced gym setting. Competitive hourly pay and full-time status are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to read/write clearly.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and bid them farewell.
• Check in members and guests according to procedures.
• Process messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones courteously and help callers.
• Inform members of special events and club updates.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and assist with requests.

Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club


• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures


• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check‑in


• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner


• Communicate special events to members and guests


• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome


• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager


• Maintain professional disposition at all times


• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards


• Sell retail products (if sold at the front desk)


• Schedule member service needs


• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed


• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures


• Know club facility, services, and schedules


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management


• Above position may report to Operations Manager where applicable


• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English

Required Shifts:

• Sunday 7:45am - 2pm


• Monday 4:45am - 12pm


• Tuesday 4:45am - 12pm
