Crunch Fitness Corporate in New York City seeks a Front Desk Representative to greet members and guests with warmth, process check-ins, and support club operations. The role emphasizes excellent communication, multitasking, and strong customer service in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

• High energy, patience and a friendly attitude.
• Open availability to work various shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with a friendly welcome.
• Check in members and guests per procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate events and club information to members.
• Create a welcoming, helpful atmosphere at the front desk.
• Assist with member service requests and refer to a manager as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times and follow policies.

Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
• Sell retail products (if sold at the front desk)
• Schedule member service needs
• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Above position may report to Operations Manager where applicable
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English

• 18+ years of age
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
