Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Representative to manage front desk duties at our Las Vegas property. This role requires delivering exceptional guest service, handling check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.

You will monitor the phone center, revise in-house reservations, perform cashiering functions, and resolve guest issues within authority limits while coordinating with the concierge to fulfill guest requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position.
