Crunch is seeking a Front Desk Representative in San Francisco to warmly greet members and guests, check in attendees, and manage daily communications at the front desk. You will answer phones, relay messages, and promote events while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, can work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain open availability. This full-time role includes benefits and eligibility for discounts and gym access.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.

• Open availability for scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in.
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
• Sell retail products (if sold at the front desk)
• Schedule member service needs
• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Above position may report to Operations Manager where applicable
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Proficient reading and writing skills

• 18+ years of age
• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time
