Crunch Fitness in New York is hiring a Front Desk Representative to greet members, check in guests, answer phones, and communicate events. You will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and support club operations with a professional, friendly demeanor.

You must be 18+, fluent in English, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities. This on-site role offers benefits including health insurance and a complimentary gym membership.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and welcome them as they exit.
• Check in members and guests following company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in and answer phones courteously.
• Communicate events to members and guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in retail, childcare, and desk areas as needed and handle payments per procedures.

Front Desk Representative Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check‑in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
• Sell retail products (if sold at the front desk)
• Schedule member service needs
• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Above position may report to Operations Manager where applicable
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
