Job Description

Job Location: On-Site in Orlando, FL 32827

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience

Working Schedule: Shifts between 8AM - 6PM

Role Overview: As a Client Experience Representative at The Ward Law Group, you will thrive in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include creating excellent experiences for clients, teams, and communities, focusing on quality customer service while developing new skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the office calendar and create a Daily Log of Visitors to enhance customer service.
  2. Greet clients and vendors warmly, ensuring their comfort and assistance.
  3. Offer amenities such as drinks or access to a massage chair to visitors.
  4. Log interactions into the management system and inform case managers of unscheduled visits.
  5. Provide toys for children, restock supplies, and inform management of low stock.
  6. Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Conduct exit interviews for feedback on service improvements.
  8. Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up for resolution.
  9. Maintain communication standards and policies for high-quality service.
  10. Input checks and mail into the Case Management Software.
  11. Manage deliveries and notify staff accordingly.
  12. Assist with clerical duties such as copying, faxing, and organizing files.
  13. Keep the lobby and conference rooms tidy.
  14. Maintain cleanliness in the coffee areas and restock supplies.
  15. Prepare and serve coffee, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  16. Descale coffee machines quarterly.
  17. Maintain a professional appearance, including attire and grooming.
  18. Attend additional in-person training sessions, occasionally on weekends, with prior notice.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer software.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
