Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and order
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front desk operations
Handle visitor check-in procedures and issue visitor badges if applicable
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
