A leading swim school is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to promote quality service and manage customer interactions. This role involves checking in students, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a positive environment. Summary: Promotes quality customer service and processes first point sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish Swim School-Sandy Springs customers and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company.
