In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. As the Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
  3. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with reservations.
  4. Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications & Skills
