Job summary

Avista Resort in Myrtle Beach area is seeking a relief night auditor to handle front desk duties overnight. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle payments, and coordinate with morning staff.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work 11 pm–7 am, weekends/holidays, and the ability to use a computer and resolve guest concerns. We value friendly service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Able to perform computer-based tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
• Excellent communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and assist with needs.
• Register guests, take payments, and assign keys.
• Inform guests of amenities and services.
• Inform guests of room availability and rates.
• Resolve guest issues using service recovery methods.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve property or guest issues.
• Follow safety and security policies and report maintenance or safety hazards.
• Inform morning staff of tasks and updates.

Job description -

The front desk relief night auditor will completenormal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/cancelingreservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guestconcerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for ourguests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morningstaff is essential for a smooth transition.

• Shift needed: 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Part Time
• Hourly Rate - Depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities -

• Welcomeand acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate andaddress service needs
• Register,take payments, and assign keys to guests
• Informguests of the amenities and services available to them
• Informcustomers of availability and rates
• Handlesany guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods
• Workwith the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues
• Follow all company safety andsecurity policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safetyhazards
• Communicate with the morning staffto inform them of any task to be completed or updates

Requirements -
