Job summary

Avista Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms, replace amenities, restock carts, and respond to guest requests. Shift 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM with an hourly rate of $15.00 and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include removing linens, vacuuming, cleaning counters and bathrooms, maintaining supply areas, and ensuring all appliances are present. Friendly guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Follow safety and security policies; report hazards.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Remove linens and towels and replace with clean ones.
• Vacuum floors.
• Clean counters and tables.
• Clean kitchen units and bathrooms.
• Ensure appliances are present.
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.

Housekeeper- Avista Resort

Jobdescription-Housekeepersare an essential part of the company. Ensuring that all guests have a safe andvisually appealing visit is a top priority. Daily tasks will include, but are notlimited to, cleaning rooms and replacing amenities, restocking supply rooms andcarts, responding to guest requests, and reporting any issues to the appropriate department.

Shift 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Part Time

Hourly Rate $15.00

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

• Remove linens and towels and replace them with new ones


• Vacuum the floors


• Clean counters and tables


• Clean kitchen units and bathrooms


• Ensure that all appliances are present


• Clean using the appropriate cleaning supplies


• Execute guest's requests in a timely manner


• Maintain supply room and cart organized/ stocked


• Respect and greet guests in a friendly manner

Housekeeper Requirements -

• Previous experience is preferred but not required


• Follow all company safety and security policies andprocedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards


• Would be available to work a flexible schedule includingweekends and holidays


• Be able to stay on your feet for long periods of time
