We are seeking to fill a position for full-time front desk receptionist for our fast-paced outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Manassas and Gainesville. Above all, this position requires excellent customer service skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
As the first and last person our amazing clients see when they enter and leave our facility, your role is central to our daily operations. Here, you will join a champion team that works together to help grateful patients get back to the lives they love. The ideal candidate must be able to provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond the standards. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and kind, and has the ability to provide a positive patient experience.
The job responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, obtaining/verifying medical insurance benefits, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment.

Answer phones, act as a patient liaison, answer any questions from potential or current patients
Schedule patients; coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders and cancellations
Collect new patient intake information; track all clinic referrals
Fax reports to physicians; keep a log of incoming reports
Check mail; keep track of Explanation of Benefits sent from mail and fax to billing company
Communicate with clinicians about scheduling/patient arrival
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
Positive, professional attitude, appearance, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
Experience in customer service
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Strong preference given to applicants with previous clinical or administrative experience.
