Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in public relations, customer service, or related area.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Must have basic word processing/computer skills.
• Ability to deal tactfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone console, route messages, and provide coverage to other departments.
• Route emergency calls and maintenance requests promptly.
• Print and monitor daily activity schedules and transportation requests.
• Assist with billing, scheduling, and resident payments.
• Greet residents and visitors, verify identity, and maintain security procedures.
• Distribute payments, meals, and guest services; monitor keys and alarms.
• Dispense medications per guidelines and coordinate with pharmacy as needed.
• Assist with incident reports, check-in/out procedures, and fire drills.
