The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting a hospitality-focused Receptionist to provide excellent service for our Independent Living residents and community. From $17.00 - $19.00 / hour, part-time scheduling.

Meet and greet residents, guests, and vendors in a warm, professional manner; manage packages, deliveries, and logbook entries. This fast-paced role requires initiative and strong communication skills in a senior living setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Receptionist experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
• Receive and document deliveries; notify residents of delivery status.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist management with projects and assignments.
