Florence Home in Omaha, NE, is seeking a self-motivated receptionist to join our nonprofit, family-oriented community. This part-time role focuses on front desk coverage, phones, resident and family support, and coordinating with staff with professionalism and compassion.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Weekend availability is required; wage starts at $15 per hour.

Qualificações

• Must read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Experience in reception or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; flexible to meet fluctuating needs.

Responsabilidades

• Answering the phones and referring to the appropriate department or person.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively between departments for events, vendors, visitors, and inquiries.
• General office duties including typing and email, logging deliveries, and maintaining communication with supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned
