Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. The Front Desk Coordinator must provide IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER service as the first face of our facility. Additional business office knowledge extremely preferred. Every employee is cross-trained in other job functions in the business office.
