Sagis Diagnostics is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Houston-based team. The role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized office in the Main Lab Houston -77092.

We value strong communication and MS Office skills, with 1–3 years of medical office experience preferred. High school diploma required; pathology lab experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High-school or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Pathology laboratory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and provide general support.
• Answer and direct phone calls and faxes.
• Maintain an organized work area and coordinate requests with team.
• Liaise with Senior Client Services Representative, Laboratory Management, and Physicians.
• Organize and schedule appointments and manage conference rooms.
• Receive, send, and distribute mail and packages; order supplies.
