Job Overview: Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist supporting our Physical Therapy department. You’ll greet and assist patients and visitors, manage paperwork and patient demographic information in our EMR system, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, collect payments, and perform a variety of clerical duties. This role is essential to providing a welcoming patient experience and supporting the efficient operation of our Physical Therapy clinic.

Reports To: Front Desk Manager
Schedule/Type: Full-time, onsite; Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $19-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience
Travel: Occasional travel between Boulder and Broomfield locations may be required
Bonus Eligibility: No
Position Note: Physical Therapy hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM. Specific schedule will be based on department needs.
