Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a guest services associate dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality. You will ensure guestrooms and public areas meet exacting cleanliness standards, and you will train and coach team members while maintaining outstanding guest relations.

Applicants should have cleaning and hotel experience, fluent English (bi-lingual Spanish a plus), and legal work authorization in the United States.

Competenze

• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Good command of the English language.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Mansioni

• Inspects and assures that guestrooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.
• Trains and coaches the staff.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.
• This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
