As a Front Desk Receptionist in the Secretary's Bureau, this position covers the front desk and functions as the main receptionist answering all incoming calls. Duties include responding to general questions from the public, both telephonically and in person, greeting visitors, directing individuals to appropriate personnel, and accepting commission filings which are hand delivered from utilities, law firms, and members of the public.
