Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen visitors to the appropriate location and ensure security, with visitors signing in and wearing a pass.
• Provide daily coverage for the admissions coordinator during breaks and other times as needed; forward calls and perform overhead paging.
• Notify admissions when a tour of the facility is requested by a customer.
• Assist in obtaining wheelchairs for patients.
• Report any unusual lobby/parking area behavior to facilities.
• Notify nursing when gifts for patients arrive to ensure timely delivery.
• Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail.
• Log all incoming job applications.
