Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with medical scheduling.
• Proficient computer/typing skills; friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; healthcare administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed.
• Answer incoming calls, check voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately.
• Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments.
• Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
