Dental Dreams LLC in Blue Island, IL is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, assisting with operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dental office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, and greet patients.
• Schedule patient appointments to meet monthly and daily goals.
• Verify dental benefits accurately and maintain patient records.
• Collect payments and explain insurance billing to patients.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
• Assist with presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean and professional.

The Role: Dental Dreams LLC in Blue Island, IL is now hiring Bilingual Receptionists to join our talented and dedicated team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assist with operational goals, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals
• Answer phones and confirm appointments
• Greet and check‑in patients
• Accurately verify dental benefits
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast‑paced environment
• Collect payments, co‑payments, and deductibles
• Create insurance claims and submit pre‑authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
  

Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience
• Dentrix, and/or Eaglesoft
