Dental Dreams LLC is hiring Receptionists for our Bricktown location in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, supporting daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dental office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for customer interactions and documentation.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare or dental setting preferred.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage daily/monthly goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check-in patients.
• Verify dental benefits accurately.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Process payments including co-pays and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments as needed.
• Keep the office clean and professional.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals
• Answer phones and confirm appointments
• Greet and check-in patients
• Accurately verify dental benefits
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Customer Service experience
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft (preferred)
