Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the face of our stores, greeting customers, managing records, and ensuring smooth operations. Enjoy Sundays off!

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service following safety protocols.
• Manage customer flow and appointments efficiently.
• Answer and direct phone calls per protocol.
• Understand and process managed care plans and insurance documentation.
• Maintain organized patient records and prepare for upcoming appointments.
• Update customers on order statuses and delays.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading and speaking).
• Experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Experience with multiple phone lines is a plus.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
