Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

What would you do? – The Specifics

  • Ensure high-quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain a smooth flow of customers through the store.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls according to National Vision protocol.
  • Process and understand managed care plans; obtain necessary documentation from insurance companies.
  • Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
  • File all patient records daily and prepare patient files for upcoming appointments.
  • Check order status and notify customers of arrivals or delays.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Handle daily mail and deliveries; maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Participate in mandatory communication meetings.
Preferred Qualifications

Are you the right fit? – The Suitable Talent

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both reading and speaking.
  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred.
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
