Role Overview
As the face of our stores, Receptionists greet and welcome customers, keep organized patient records, and help ensure smooth patient scheduling. They provide prompt, courteous service to customers on the phone or in person.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure high-quality customer service following safety protocols.
  2. Facilitate smooth customer flow in the store.
  3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls per protocol.
  4. Understand managed care plans and communicate with insurance companies as needed.
  5. Provide basic and accurate information to customers.
  6. Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and classes.
  7. File patient records daily and prepare files for upcoming appointments.
  8. Check order status and notify customers of delays or arrivals.
  9. Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary materials.
  10. Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
  11. Participate in mandatory communication meetings.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in English and Spanish (reading and speaking).
  2. Experience as a Receptionist or similar role preferred but not required.
  3. 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred.
  4. Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
  5. Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
