Allied Physicians Allergy, Asthma, Sinus Centers of Long Island - Hicksville is hiring a friendly Medical Receptionist. The role covers coverage across Long Island, including Hicksville and Brentwood, with travel between offices as needed.

You’ll greet patients, handle registrations, answer calls, and manage front desk operations in a fast-paced medical setting. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of reception experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Medical Receptionist experience
• Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Located in: Brentwood, New York 11717

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our Allergy Division. This position will supports practices across Long Island and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment, and is comfortable traveling between locations. This position will provide coverage at our Hicksville and Brentwood locations based on the needs of the practices.

Schedule

• Tuesday: Brentwood, 9 AM–7 PM
• Wednesday: Hicksville, 9 AM–3 PM
• Thursday: Hicksville, 9 AM–7 PM
• Friday: Brentwood, 9 AM–5 PM
• Saturday: Hicksville, 8 AM–1 PM

What You’ll Do

Compensation Range: $21-$23ph

The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
