Allied Physicians Allergy, Asthma, Sinus Centers of Long Island – Brentwood is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. The role supports multiple Long Island practices and requires travel between Brentwood and Hicksville locations, providing warm patient service in a fast-paced medical office.

You will greet patients, schedule, verify insurance, collect copays, and manage front desk communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Medical Receptionist experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration.
• Answer phones and process messages; maintain front desk communications.
