Allied Physicians Allergy, Asthma, Sinus Centers of Long Island - Hicksville is hiring a friendly Medical Receptionist. The role covers coverage across Long Island, including Hicksville and Brentwood, with travel between offices as needed.

You’ll greet patients, handle registrations, answer calls, and manage front desk operations in a fast-paced medical setting. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of reception experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Medical Receptionist experience
• Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
• Answer phones, process messages, and assist with front desk communication
• Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
• Support referrals, forms, scanning, and administrative tasks
• Assist patients and families with questions on office processes
• Adapt to different workflows and team environments
• Travel between Hicksville and Brentwood locations as needed
