Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team immediately. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our company’s professional image.


Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for staff, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages swiftly and accurately.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
