Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact and is responsible for managing phone and email communications, generating and distributing codes, creating work orders, and coordinating dispatch for the Tech Department. This role is integral to the building’s access control and the smooth operation of front office functions. The Receptionist reports directly to both the Tech Manager and Office Manager, and is expected to work collaboratively with the Tech and Dispatch Teams, while also providing administrative support to the Executive Team and office staff.
