Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact and is responsible for managing phone and email communications, generating and distributing codes, creating work orders, and coordinating dispatch for the Tech Department. This role is integral to the building’s access control and the smooth operation of front office functions. The Receptionist reports directly to both the Tech Manager and Office Manager, and is expected to work collaboratively with the Tech and Dispatch Teams, while also providing administrative support to the Executive Team and office staff.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at work each day, on time, ready to be an active contributor to operations.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate codes efficiently and accurately adhering to all security protocols.
  • Create, update, and dispatch work orders for the Tech Department.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Tech Department.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the front office.
  • Consistently monitor ATM statuses and proactively communicate any potential issues in service.
  • Strictly adhere to and enforce the building’s access control policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup for company meetings and events.
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and positivity to coworkers, customers, vendors, etc while performing job duties.
  • Attend and provide input at Department and Company meetings.
  • Participate in the collection of statistical data for reports and metrics.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Front office / Reception / Dispatch experience. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with technology. Phone systems, office software, access control systems.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Starting Pay:

  • $18 - $19 hourly DOE
