Part Time Receptionist - Salt Lake City, UT

Wasatch Acquisitions & Capital is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our development team. This team-oriented role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple requests, and a high level of integrity.

Job Objectives

Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective Associates and office guests. Coordinate the front desk and manage the "first office impression," conference room usage, travel bookings for Associates, office supplies, and refreshments. Greet guests, open and distribute mail, and ensure a professional front office appearance and experience.

Skills / Knowledge

The position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, telephone etiquette, verbal skills, assertiveness, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Fluency in English is necessary.

Experience

Previous customer service or receptionist experience is beneficial but not required.

Essential Job Functions
  • Answer phone calls with excellent customer service and phone etiquette, relay messages, and transfer calls professionally.
  • Welcome guests warmly and sincerely.
  • Assist with AV setup and coordinate refreshments for scheduled meetings.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and order supplies.
  • Maintain stocked and presentable refreshment areas.
  • Perform clerical tasks and manage travel bookings for office staff.
Physical and Environmental Requirements

Various lifting, carrying, and reading requirements, mostly indoors, with occasional outdoor exposure and driving for errands.
