The Medical Front Desk Receptionist provides essential support and administrative services to the office, the doctors, and the patients in a fast-paced Doctor’s office. Responsibilities include patient customer service, scheduling, data entry, managing electronic health records, and patient education.

Job Details

The role involves a wide spectrum of tasks essential for smooth office operations, including welcoming patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, registering patients, maintaining records, handling billing inquiries, and supporting office inventory and operations.

Required Skills and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years’ administrative support in a medical environment preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance processes, medical terminology, CPT, and ICD codes preferred

Physical Requirements
