Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic Front Office Team. The role greets guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, and ensures a personalized, luxurious arrival experience.

This 24/7 operation requires flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require OPERA knowledge, at least two years in luxury hospitality or customer service, the ability to multi-task, and work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work morning, evening and night shifts, as well as holidays and weekends. This role may also potentially work overnights.
