Member Services/Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time, up to 35 hours/week) We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely manner • Schedule and manage appointments • Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) • Perform data entry and general medical filing • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Support daily operations with a variety of administrative tasks as needed Ideal Candidate: • Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service • Passionate about helping others • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented • Eager to grow within a collaborative team environment Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, work 4 or 5 days per week (up to 35 hours). Responsibilities: • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures Qualifications: • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Compensation: $17 hourly
