Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Clinical Medical Technician to support our vascular care team. You will welcome patients, record vitals, and help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, answering calls, processing prior authorizations, and ensuring rooms are stocked with supplies. A calm, organized presence and clear communication are essential to patient care and teamwork.

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Certified Medical Assistant for 3 years.

DAILY WORK AS A CLINICAL MEDICAL TECHNICIAN:

You start your morning by prepping rooms and reviewing the day's schedule; you welcome patients, room them efficiently, and capture accurate vitals to set the tone for a great visit. Between appointments, you answer patient phone calls, refill medications, and process prior authorizations to keep care moving without delays. You stay attentive to the patient portal and respond with clarity and empathy. Throughout the day, you proactively stock rooms and order supplies, ensuring every provider has what they need at their fingertips. Your steady presence keeps the clinic running smoothly, and your professionalism helps patients feel informed, supported, and hopeful.

Your Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CLINICAL MEDICAL TECHNICIAN:
