Position Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the face of the company; responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a friendly, professional, and organized individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with event planning, set up, and take down
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meeting rooms as needed
  • Vendor and facilities management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/office area
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with basic office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, guests, and employees
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
