Position: Float Front Desk / Patient Representative
Home Clinic: Overland Park
Wednesday Location: Plaza Clinic – 4801 Main St, Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(No Thursdays! One Saturday morning shift every 4–6 weeks)

At Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A., you’re not just behind a desk — you’re the warm welcome, the helpful guide, and the calm in a patient’s day. We’re seeking a Float Front Desk / Patient Representative who brings professionalism, kindness, and flexibility to our team.
In this role, you’ll be based out of Overland Park, with regular shifts at our Plaza clinic on Wednesdays, and float coverage at nearby locations as needed.
Greet, register, and assist patients with care and efficiency
Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide cost estimates
Manage appointment confirmations and daily schedules
Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and empathy
Excellent communicator in person and by phone
Able to work independently in a busy, fast-paced clinic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A natural team player who brings positivity to the workplace
Willingness to float to other DIC locations for PTO coverage
High school diploma required
Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
