Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa — Sunrise-Sawgrass, FL is seeking a front desk associate for a sales-oriented role. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, explain memberships, and drive memberships with a daily sales goal.

This position offers hourly pay plus commission, monthly bonuses, and benefits like paid training, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement. Evenings and weekends are required, with full-time and part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Customer service/front desk/retail or hospitality experience.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and hearing no.
• Reliable and punctual, good phone etiquette.
• Familiar with scheduling software and POS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments.
• Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal.
• Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast.
• Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail.
• Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system.
• Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts.

$17–$20 per hour total earnings | Full-Time and Part-Time | Evenings and weekends required

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

• $15–$16 per hour base, guaranteed — you're paid hourly no matter what you sell


• $30 commission on every membership you sell

Front desk people who work the phones and ask for the sale clear $17–$20 an hour once commission lands. There's no cap on it. The ceiling is yours to set.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience


• Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no


• Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone • Reliable and punctual, week in and week out


• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems


• Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus


• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
