About the Role

As the face of our stores, Receptionists greet and welcome customers, manage patient records, and ensure smooth scheduling. You will provide courteous service both in person and over the phone, maintaining an organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality customer service following safety protocols.
  2. Manage customer flow and answer phones per protocol.
  3. Handle insurance documentation and provide information to customers.
  4. Schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  5. Maintain patient records and order statuses.
  6. Keep the reception area tidy and stocked.
  7. Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
  8. Participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

  1. Experience as a Receptionist or similar preferred but not required.
  2. 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
  3. Experience with multiple phone lines is a plus.
  4. Strong customer service and organizational skills required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
