MedQuest Associates is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist

Please note: This is a PART-TIME position.


Responsibilities

In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact with patients, referring physicians, and the general public on behalf of the imaging center. Responsibilities include welcoming patients and their families, making visitors feel comfortable, and attending to their needs. Duties also include checking patients in, answering phones, routing calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and other front desk tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior Experience:

  • 0-2+ years in healthcare, customer support, or hospitality

Special Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer proficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a physician practice or medical office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Patient collections experience
  • Medical records experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
