As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and leaving a positive first impression.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. This individual will be the face and voice of our company—greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with a variety of office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Assist Human Resources with reports, filing, interviews and other task as needed
  • Event planning for the office internal and external events
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

This position is an on-site Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm position.
