Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from arrival through checkout.
• Maximize revenues and occupancy while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment focused on the guest experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Availability for regular weekend and evening hours.
• Assist with Sales and Marketing efforts as needed.
• Interact honestly and respectfully with guests and colleagues.
